Pro is a paid public listing. Vendors who subscribe to HOA-I Pro ($15/month, paid to HOA-I) appear in the public catalog at hoa-i.com/vendors. Anyone can search them — no login. They also rank higher when property managers search the network. Property managers never receive the Pro fee. It is a listing product, like a featured directory placement, not a kickback.
Verified
Verified is a records check, not a paid badge. A verified vendor has given HOA-I a company profile plus a certificate of insurance. We run an AI check that the upload is a real insurance document and that names match, then a human confirms. It does not mean HOA-I inspected their license, bonded them, or guarantees their work. A vendor can be Verified without being Pro, and Pro without being Verified. Look for both when you want a public, insured listing.
