Opt‑In Consent

HOA‑I provides community notifications by text message (SMS) using Twilio. Users opt‑in by enabling SMS in Settings → Notification Preferences inside the HOA‑I application. By turning on SMS, you consent to receive text messages from HOA‑I and your HOA. Message frequency varies by activity (e.g., violation notices, reminders, urgent alerts).

Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by toggling SMS off in Settings or by replying STOP to any message.
Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or continued access.
SMS is used only for HOA‑related communications. See our Privacy Policy for details on data use.

Sample Messages

“Attention <Homeowner>: Your annual dues are past due. Please submit payment using the Pay Dues button in the My Property section of HOA‑I. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&Data rates may apply.”
