IMPORTANT: HOA-I utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to provide document search, recommendations, and automated features. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI responses are informational only and should not be considered legal advice, professional advice, or authoritative guidance.
  • HOA-I is not responsible for any actions you take based on AI-generated recommendations, suggestions, or information.
  • You assume all risk for decisions made using AI-provided information, including but not limited to: property modifications, rule interpretations, financial decisions, or any other actions.
  • You must consult your HOA's official governing documents (by-laws, covenants, amendments), board members, or qualified legal counsel for authoritative guidance.
  • AI may provide incorrect information, and HOA-I makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

2.1 Limitation of Liability for AI Recommendations

HOA-I, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, costs, fines, penalties, or losses resulting from your reliance on AI-generated information. This includes, without limitation:

  • Property violations or fines resulting from actions based on AI advice
  • Financial losses from decisions informed by AI recommendations
  • Legal disputes arising from AI-interpreted rules or guidelines
  • Any other damages, direct or indirect, related to AI feature usage

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify HOA-I immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
